GMCW Concert ‘When You Wish’ Ticket Giveaway

Who wants to see me on stage as a dancing bear?

You’re in luck, because I sing with the Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington DC (GMCW); our next concert is When You Wish, featuring music from animated films and TV shows… and I’ve got FOUR TICKETS to give away!

ABOUT GMCW

If you’ve never been to a GMCW concert, this is a great place to start. You’ll know nearly every song (or your kids will), we sing damn good, and we put on a great show! GMCW was recently voted Best Chorus in the MD Theatre Guide’s Readers’ Choice Awards, and we’ve performed at The Kennedy Center Honors, The White House, as part of President Obama’s Inauguration celebration, and on the steps of the Supreme Court when Prop8 and DOMA were overturned.

ABOUT THE SHOW

When You Wish will feature some of the most memorable tunes from the world of animation, including songs from Frozen, The Lion King, Despicable Me 2, Little Mermaid, Schoolhouse Rock, The Flintstones, Looney Tunes and more! There’s even a number featuring an ensemble the vilest Disney villains of all time. And don’t forget me, as a dancing bear of some sort!

In true GMCW fashion, these familiar songs will include an extra dash of fairy dust — tap dancers, drag queens, costumes, a sing-a-long… and did I mention dancing bears? And YES, bring the kids! This will be Jon’s first show, and there’s even a family-friendly matinee at 3pm on Saturday!
